All rates quoted for services provided by ALS Transportation, LLC are estimates.Final charges will be applied upon completion of service. (Please note sales receipts are available upon request.)
ALS Transportation, LLC requires a three (3) hour cancellation notice prior to scheduled pick up time. Special events require a 48 hour notice for cancellations to avoid minimum charges (minimum hours vary for special events, please inquire when making reservation).
If reservation is cancelled less than three (3) hours prior to the scheduled pick up time, the minimum hourly rate will be charged as followed: Sedans three (3) hour minimum, Sprinter and SUV’s four (4) hour minimum. Mini Coaches and Bus five (5) hour minimum. Same minimum charges apply to No Shows.
ALS Transportation, LLC is not responsible for personal items left in the vehicles.
ALS Transportation, LLC reserves the right to apply a minimum charge of $175 for necessary cleaning and/or damages to the vehicle.
ALS Transportation, LLC is not liable for delays and/or service interruptions caused by acts of authorities of law, road conditions, accidents, breakdowns, or any other condition beyond its control.
